Applewood Smoked Kelp Sea Salt
The Applewood Smoked flavor is our only kelp sea salt offering. We stripped the core seasoning ingredients for a stand-alone blend of bull kelp and applewood smoked sea salt. Applewood smoked sea salt has a softer smokiness and notes of fruit and sweetness. A little goes a long way with this simple blend, perfect for those times when you add just a dash of salt to your cooking. Our blend can be a nutritious alternative to household table salt or Himalayan sea salt. We experimented with this blend on grilled meats and it worked beautifully as a dry rub on beef sirloin and succulent pork shank.
